This is the coffee our community chose.
Sidama Boreta won the popular vote at our 17th birthday cupping, and honestly? We get it. It was absolutely delicious on the table.
Expect bright bergamot, deep fruit leather, soft cocoa and a sherry-like finish.
A natural processed Ethiopian coffee from Sidama, grown high above the clouds at 1,920 to 2,333 meters. Special, limited, and unforgettable.
Behind the bean:
This lot comes from Boreta Station in Arbegona, Sidama, owned by Asefa Dukamo. He grew up around coffee through his family's farm and later started building washing stations to reduce travel time for producers in his region. Today, the wider Daye Bensa network connects thousands of farmers to processing infrastructure, agricultural training, and global specialty markets.
The craft:
Only ripe cherries are handpicked, sorted by density, and dried slowly on raised beds for 12 to 15 days. Turned regularly. Cared for carefully. The result is a sweet, expressive, and layered cup that stood out for a reason.
A coffee chosen by you, grown with care, and waiting for its moment in your cup.
Available now in-store and online.
