Ready for our second collaborative dinner? .berlin is a project by Jeffrey Claudio, Jessica Tan and Niklas Harmsen, trained in some of the most recoginzed restaurants in the world.

We are "stoked" to have the team with us for probably on of their last guest chef appearences before they will open their wood-fire restaurant in Kreuzberg soon.

Get ready for a very special experience that will focus on fresh produce and of course include the most popular Yakitori around the city. Not to forget about their incredible good taste in music.

Price for the menu is 89€. Wine or non-alcoholic pairing are offered separately. Exclusive access to exhibition and good vibes included.

Please note that for this event we are not able to accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.

We are delighted to have Carolin Wachter and a curated selection of for our first collaborative dinner with this Friday.

Carolin’s subtle porcelain pieces will round up the experience. 40 guests, a long table, food, wine and the sound of nature.

Save the date and get ready for our first collaborative guest chef dinner with on July 15th. Her cooking skills are influenced by her times travelling in Myanmar, Seoul and Shanghai the pats 8 years.

Her menu will feature Dongbei (her home region), Sichuan and Xinjiang courses. AND is almost fully vegan.

The dinner is priced at 69€ and includes exclusive access to exhibition.

Tickets will release tomorrow at 9am. (Be fast, Guannan’s last appearance at Baldon sold out in 2 hours)

Next to our changing snack menu, we decided to add a limited amount of picnic baskets to be pre-ordered online.

Available for pickup on Saturdays & Sundays during , the basket feeds 2-3 people. Comes with glasses. We have blankets, but bring your own just in case.

We are very excited to share the news that we will be joining Art Biesenthal this year with a gastronomic concept by Baldon. During 8 weekends you will find us doing what we love most.

Outdoor cooking right in the middle of the beautiful Wehrmühle garden, serving wine and having massive fun with you, the guests, friends, visitors, artists and the finest selection of staff including new and old faces.

You can expect seasonal produce, great wines, intimate dinners, exciting guest chefs, a stunning programme to underline the exhibition, smooth tunes and the sound of nature.

Frankfurt, who‘s around?

We are very much looking forward to an afternoon in good company for our first collaborative event in FFM. Join us for food, wine and music this Sunday from 2pm until 5.30pm at .espresso.frankfurt. We’ll prepare multi-faceted snack menu matching the wines and tunes by .cafe from Paris and and his magnums coming from all the way down from Rheinhessen.

Very excited to have taking care hosting the after party at theirs and to finally taste .simplon sourdough Lahmacun.

The cabin is the first one designed by and is located in the beautiful garden of .
