Welcome to Coffee Profilers, the new urban coffee

shop in Berlin. A joint venture of four professionals coming from different backgrounds, but with a common basis, high quality and passion about coffee. With common aesthetics and values, we are a team that offers superior quality coffee from small coffee farms in the world. Let us introduce ourselves, the team consists of - Nora Smahelova, Co-owner of Chapter One Coffee, WCE representative, product designer,
- Yiannis Taloumis, green coffee buyer, Q Grader and creator of Taf Direct Relationship program,
- Stavros Domatiotis, championship coach and barista trainer and
- Stefanos Domatiotis, World Brewers Cup champion 2014, trainer and WBC and WBrC Certified Judge. The coffee, roasted by Greek company Taf, comes directly from small producers in distinct farms around the world. Wonderful micro lots, delicious blends and amazing single estate coffees, grown in high altitude, handcrafted by capable producers. We participate actively in the evolving new coffee scene of Berlin, we created a space not only for coffee lovers, but also for professionals in an environment with contemporary design. The interior is simply decorated,
simple geometric lines, wooden surfaces and subtle details in light blue color, combined with Scandinavian design classics. The idea is to work as transparent as possible, which is also reflected in the design of the open bar, in order to let the customer observe and enjoy the whole procedure of the preparation of his coffee beverage. We focus on filter and brew coffee as we want to introduce the art of brewing to the passbyers of Berlin Friedrichshain and its surroundings. The coffees on the brew menu, as well as in the espresso hopper, change almost every day. We want to showcase the taste complexity of the coffee itself and at the same time, serve different taste concepts of each coffee. At a big table we organize tastings and workshops, while with respect and complete harmonization with the history of the urban environment, we have placed tables outside, where you can enjoy your beverage in the open air. With persistence in quality, we have chosen the equipment. We use La Marzocco Strada MP3 group, Anfim grinders and Hario accessories for hand brew. For home barista, we are providing all accessories for optimal brewing at home, and of course, a great choice of coffee, for home use.
