This colorful lunch is easy to make. You start with cutting the sweet potato in wedges and salt and pepper them before putting them into the oven. Add some olive oil. For the dressing put cashews, beetroot, orange juice and 1-2 tsp. of acv in your mixer and blend it to a dressing. Add salt and arrange your lunch on a plate. in the end put some black sesame seeds on top, done. So easy but so delicious. Enjoy :-)

One of my favorite breakfasts is porridge. Like this one. It is made out of chiaseeds, oats and for the taste some nuts milk and a little honey. You can top it with everything you have in mind. I took some leftovers from my granola bars, h**p seeds, gojiberries, almond butter, coconut flakes, orange and a berry dressing. I love good and healthy breakfasts, which are so yummy that u can't get enough...

Super healthy and delicious lunch! This bowl is filled with different vegetables. I baked some sweetpotato fries in the oven with some olive oil and salt, steamed the brussel sprouts, fried the fennel and fresh spinach and made a juicy beetroot salad with a agave syrup-olive oil-mustard and vinegar dressing. It is the perfect food for a light lunchtime and it keeps you fit, active and healthy. Enjoy!

My most favorite food from West Africa is peanut butter sauce and rice. I am always using basmati rice, because I like its stickiness. For the peanut sauce I took sweet potatoes and cut them in big bites. If you like to you could add every kind of vegetables you like as eggplants, zucchini, carrots, okra etc.. Then you need peanut butter of course and some tomato paste and onion + garlic. If you like it very spicy add some hot chili peppers. For the spices use some black pepper, bay leaves and salt. That´s all.

Good morning :-) This breakfast was todays perfect beginning. I had blueberry porridge with some cashew butter, fresh vanilla pod, some fruitmix of bananas and oranges, topped with crushed cashews, hazelnuts and cacao nibs. Yummy!

One of my most favorite and most inspiring people in the kitchen posted her gluten free zucchini bread she made by herself. It looks so good, so I had to share it with you people. Also check her page and eat nice and healthy active food made by her team ( involving me ;-) ) at the LAB Kitchen.

So for the bread you need:

1.5 cups ground almonds
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 small zucchini, grated
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp natron = baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup pitted olives
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tsp dried herbs
mixed seeds & nuts
Mix the ground almonds with the buckwheat flour, dried herbs, natron and salt
Separately whisk the eggs with the almond milk and the acv
Add to the flour mix and stir to combine
Add the grated zucchini, olives and tomatoes and stir again.
Fill into a bread tin, lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the seeds & nuts.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 - 40 Minutes.
Let cool completely.

Because we are still looking for the perfect location, we will feed you with some of our yummy recipes. A few of them are planned to be served in the store, so we hope you will already get a mouthwatering impression of what we stand for and what we will serve you every day.

This coocoolicious recipe is a light and tasty salad, which is prepared super fast and easy. We used arugula as the base and added avocado, yellow tomato and some black sesame seeds. The dressing is made out of virgin olive oil, honey, mustard, vinegar and a pinch of rosemary and salt. Enjoy... and go coo-coo ;-)
