How is Mother's Day Celebrated? 🍾

Mother’s Day is an important day of the year for both mothers and their children that calls for a grand celebration. After all, your mother is the reason for your existence and she deserves all your love, respect, and attention. Depending upon what your mom likes, there are several fun ways to celebrate Mother’s day with her some of which we have listed below.

🛏 Breakfast in Bed
Start her day by offering breakfast in bed. Make her favorite food such as pancakes, scrambled eggs or bacon and serve with a glass of fresh juice. Leave a sweet note in the food tray.

💐 Give Her Flowers
Flowers are the beautiful creations of nature that always brighten up people’s mood and make them happy. A handmade bouquet of fresh and bright carnations would be absolutely perfect.

🧘‍♀️ Give Your Mom a Day Off
Set your mom free from all the household chores on Mother’s Day. Encourage her to sit back and relax or go out with her friends and have some fun.

🎉 Throw A Surprise Party

| Healthy Lifestyle 💪

That doesn't mean we have to give up indulgence and treats! ☝️

But if you have good habits already implemented, you can go to a restaurant relaxed and not have sleepless nights because of your figure!

A few basics as a suggestion:

1) Five to Two rule.
5 days clean and in slight deficit, 2 days (weekend) high carb and in kcal surplus.

2) Intermittent Fasting.
Forget breakfast, have a light lunch and instead have a sumptuous meal in the evening 🍔

3) High Protein, High Veggies.
At least 1.5-2g protein per kg body weight and plenty of vegetables at every meal satiates and maintains the muscles 💪

4) No Trigger Food.
Do not store foods that are high in calorie density and trigger you at home 🍫🍪🍰

5) Drink Water.
No sweetened drinks in the fridge, treat yourself to them out of town at a restaurant or bar. A nice kölsch could also work 🍺

And the most important: approach it relaxed, a change is made with a medium-term and long-term perspective and a lot of patience with yourself to find the individual and for you coherent way 🚀

| Great Atmosphere 💯

In a good bar, you can tell what type of place it is just by walking in the door. A good sports bar will have sports memorabilia hanging on the wall preferably from their customer’s favorite team. The bar needs to be a clean and inviting place, with a layout that’s not too confusing. There also needs to be comfortable seating available. Restaurants and bars often have uncomfortable chairs to move people in and out faster. People are going to spend a lot of time at the bar, they should have a comfortable place to sit, and relax.

Delivering a great restaurant guest experience is our pivotal interest as it is the only way we can make our customers come back again and again. Thank you for your visit guys.

Neue Schutzverordnung ab dem 3. April 💯🍾

NRW hat die Coronaschutzverordnung an die Vorgaben des Infektionsschutzgesetzes des Bundes angepasst. Damit werden ab Sonntag (3. April) die Schutzmaßnahmen gegen die Ausbreitung des Coronavirus im Land erheblich reduziert.

Das NRW-Ministerium für Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales Nordrhein-Westfalen veröffentlichte am Freitag (1.4.) die neue Coronaschutzverordnung, die am Sonntag (3. April - 0 Uhr) in Kraft tritt. Daraus geht hervor, dass sowohl die bisherigen 3G- und 2G+-Zugangsbeschränkungen als auch die allgemeine Maskenpflicht in Innenräumen entfallen. Bestehen bleiben Masken- und Testpflichten in besonders sensiblen Bereichen wie etwa Arztpraxen oder Krankenhäusern.
