Warte bis du siehst, was 3 Löffel Salsa Macha aus normalem Mais machen 👀🔥
Das ist unser Rezept des Monats: Elotitos – und es geht in 2 Versionen, je nach Wetter:
☀️ Sommer-Style: Mais ins Glas, mit der Sauce vermischt, frischer Käse oben drauf, dazu warme Tortillas. Fertig in 5 Minuten.
🧊 Kalt & gemütlich: Gleiche Mischung ab in die Auflaufform, Mozzarella drüber, ab in den Ofen bis alles goldbraun und geschmolzen ist. Elote-Auflauf auf einem ganz neuen Level.
Das Geheimnis ist die Sauce:
🥄 3 EL Salsa Macha
🥄 8 EL Mayonnaise
🍋 etwas Zitronenschale + paar Tropfen Saft
🧂 Salz nach Geschmack
