The Yoga of Awareness
This is the time I use the language and my voice to raise connection and consciousness. Intentionally.
This is my yoga of awareness.
This is the time I strongly believe, with every cell of my body, that we should all STOP from what we're doing just now. And just PAUSE. Breath. Look around. Feel inside. Remember our own voice. I know it’s hard to pause in such a busy world and life. But this is important.
Couple a days ago I’ve come across this amazing project that has touched my soul deeply. Please invest 10 of your precious minutes and listen to the voices of the Wisdom Keepers. I am going to share their project every day for 108 days to raise connection and consciousness. This is the greatest service I can do to the whole right now.
Their voices that are actually ours, of all of us, though we have forgotten them. And deep down these voices are all one - the VOICE of who we really are. Let’s remember who we are. SAMASATI.
It's time to do something bigger and greater than ourselves – this is HUMANITY calling.
This is my yoga and you can join me and support this project in your own way. I’m not here to tell you how or what to do, I trust you will know.
In some yoga scriptures it is said that one should repeat a mantra 108 times so that it has a particularly strong effect. Enough is enough. I remember who I am.
For strong effects I pray.
108 is a sacred number and when you repeat the mantra 108 times, you get a deep inner satisfaction.
For deep inner satisfaction I pray.
A Japa mala has 108 beads. There are 108 names of Shiva, 108 names of Vishnu, of Ganesha, Saraswati, Durga, Lakshmi, Krishna, Swami Sivananda and others.
1^1 x 2^2 x 3^3 gives 108.
Pranayama is often performed in 108 cycles and sun salutations are often performed in nine rounds of the 12 postures (108 in total).
For breathing I pray.
The number 108 refers to spiritual completion. I am complete. I remember.
“Let’s be the generation who said ENOUGH. We are not lost anymore.”
