Days go by and we’re still reminiscing about all the beautiful moments, all the good coffee, and — most importantly — all the good people that made WOC feel like a proper little family reunion.

Grateful for the ones we already knew, and the ones we got to meet for the first time. Special shoutout to .ante and BWT water+more Deutschland for allowing us to take over the booth, Holly France and Julien Joly as well as the BATCH BABY and KB Coffee Roasters Paris crew for the good vibes throughout. Thanks as well to the entire .straycoffee crew for all the nice soup shots at BOUCHE and the wine on Friday evening.

The Vibe & The Role:
Most of your shifts will be behind the machine crafting perfect pours, but you’ll also jump into service and probably get the unique chance to help out in our Roastery!

What we’re looking for:
- Prior specialty coffee experience (dialing in, latte art).
- Availability on weekends (essential!).
- A friendly, dynamic team player.

Same farm, different story.

Last week we introduced you to Vizinhos — this week, meet the other side of Casa Almeida Barreto.
Almeida Barreto is a family-run farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where coffee and wine production go hand in hand. That winemaking mindset shows up in the cup: their Red Catuaí processed through carbonic maceration delivers notes of cocoa nibs, blackberry, and a boozy depth that’s hard to forget.
At 1250–1300 masl, roasted light, and exported direct by the family themselves — this is specialty coffee with real intention behind it.
