A cheese with remarkable depth, gentle sweetness and layers of savory complexity.

Paired with fermented cabbage and radish, it is a match made in heaven, bringing together richness, acidity and umami in perfect balance.

On June 21, .frank.coda and his team welcome from , Bogotá, for a special lunch and dinner collaboration.

As part of CODA’s 10th anniversary celebrations, two culinary worlds come together for one extraordinary day in . Recently named the Best Restaurant in Latin America by and awarded the highest distinction of three knives by , El Chato is renowned for its deep connection to Colombian products, regions and terroirs. For this collaboration, Clavijo’s unmistakable culinary language meets CODA’s progressive, dessert-inspired approach.

A day to remember.

On Saturday, , .frank.coda and their teams came together for a unique collaboration at CODA, bringing two distinct culinary styles to one shared table.

Across lunch and dinner, guests experienced a 14-course menu shaped by emotion, memory, curiosity and creativity, with unexpected moments, surprises, laughter and joy along the way.

We are still thinking about the atmosphere, the conversations, and the many moments that made this day so special.
