We’re searching for someone with solid experience in modern sourdough baking and production (minimum 4 years in a professional bakery).

When you thought it couldn’t get any better.. To top off our 2026 Fastelavn season we have finished with our final special!

A pain-swiss dough encasing a coffee vermouth soaked sponge cake that is topped with candied walnuts and filled with a coffee vanilla diplomat cream… you’re welcome 😏
