There’s a big difference between cold batch brew and true cold brew 🤓 Here’s a little coffee lesson you didn’t know you needed:
True cold brew is steeped slowly for 12–24 hours using cold water (not brewed hot and cooled down) This slow extraction brings out natural sweetness, a smooth body, and vibrant fruit notes - without the bitterness 😏
