There’s a big difference between cold batch brew and true cold brew 🤓 Here’s a little coffee lesson you didn’t know you needed:

True cold brew is steeped slowly for 12–24 hours using cold water (not brewed hot and cooled down) This slow extraction brings out natural sweetness, a smooth body, and vibrant fruit notes - without the bitterness 😏

For ours, we use Mango Fandango from Cesar Marin in Peru, roasted by . Grown on a small plot at La Chacra Don D**o, this coffee brings tropical notes of mango, watermelon, and bright raspberry freshness.

A silky, nectar-like cold brew that’s refreshing, easy to drink, and perfect for sunny days like today 🖤
