“A dish inspired by a very special person to me. It combines some of her favorite ingredients and her personality.🫶
Very simple if you look from outside, very complex if you start to dig into it.
A layer of Chinese yellow noodles covers a mosaic of flavors and ingredients… Homemade peanuts and hoisin sauce, broccoli, our chili and bacon chilled broth and a lot of acidity.
The dish is completed by an explosion of umami coming from marinated wild trout roe.”

We are a newly opened fine dining restaurant located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Now, we are recruiting a skilled sommelier to join our ambitious team.

You will be responsible for setting the tone for the service and help developing our wine list and wine pairings.

We expect that you have experience in fine dining combined with a deep knowledge about wine, spirits, and other beverages. You must be able to work calm and focused in a high-pressured environment and should have previous and documented experience with wine and food parings.
