This Friday, December 5th, come and celebrate the 5th birthday of POPL with us!

For one night only, we’re bringing back the dishes that have defined POPL over the years, your (and our) all-time favorites. We’ll be opening great bottles and juicy oysters, filling the room with music, warmth, and good energy.

Most importantly, we want to celebrate the thing that truly makes POPL what it is: the people.

Our regulars, our friends, our neighbors, our team, and everyone who has stepped through our doors in these last five years — you are POPL. Let’s celebrate!

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for our POPL x Noma Projects Pop-Up event! Available for lunch takeaway only, noma] chefs team up with the POPL crew to create one delicious vegan burger: confit lion's mane schnitzel, glazed in Smoked Mushroom Garum and seasoned with noma] forest pesto and sorrel leaves.

The Noma Projects team will join us in the bottle shop, where you can purchase Smoked Mushroom Garum gift sets, along with a few other goodies. We’ll have hot drinks and a fire to keep you warm, so come by!

POPL X Noma Projects Pop-Up

On Sunday, November 27th, for lunch only, POPL will offer the Noma Projects x POPL Smoked Mushroom Burger for takeaway!

Dreamed up in the POPL kitchen along the noma chefs, lion’s mane mushroom is cooked confit in koji oil, smoked and fried, and finished with Smoked Mushroom Garum. Served on a vegan bun roasted in smoked vegan butter and topped with a touch of pumpkin bushi, sorrel leaves, morita oil and forest pesto, this burger is loaded with flavor and not one to miss!

Available for pre-order via our link in bio as a combo: burger + one bottle of Smoked Mushroom Garum.

Also available for purchase on the day at the POPL Bottle Shop is our Smoked Mushroom Garum Bundle (2 bottles)—gift-wrapped and ready to go!
