Giuseppe Grillo is a friend from our hometown Alcamo in Sicily. He is coming to share the story behind the rare heirloom tomatoes 🍅 and extra-virgin olive oil 🫒 we’ve used at the restaurant since day one.
He’ll explain his family’s century-old history with the this land and his sustainable farming on Mount Bonifato 🌿⛰️.

Giuseppe Grillo will be at 📍Lĭquo on October 24 at 16:00 for a talk on heritage and craft, from seed to bottle. 🌱➡️🫙.

Sciara winemaker Stef Yim is coming from Sicily to share his journey of crafting high-altitude wines. 🍇

He’ll tell the story of his search for distinct volcanic vineyards, ultimately discovering Etna’s unique terroir. 🌋

Stef will be at Liquo this September 10 at 16:40 for a talk on high-altitude viticulture, century-old vines, volcanic soils, no-irrigation techniques, and handcrafted winemaking, followed by a tasting of his wines. 🍷
