We get our coffee beans from Copenhagen Coffee Lab. ☕️

Our ice-cold beers come from the brewery Kølster.
Kølster is an organic brewery based in Humlebæk, founded by Per Kølster – a pioneer in sustainable taste and true craftsmanship. 🌿🍺
Here, beer is brewed with the season’s finest organic ingredients, letting nature lead the way – from light and refreshing to dark and complex, from mild to boldly hoppy.

* Toasted sourdough bread with Danish organic burrata and lovage pesto.
* Marinated squids turned with salt-pickled lemons, parsley and tomatoes.
* Salt-baked celeriac with bell pepper cream and roasted hazelnuts.
* Braised beef or roasted cauliflower with thyme and red wine sauce.
* Oven-baked root vegetables and red onion with thyme and pickled fennel.
* Winter cabbage salad with herb dressing, pear and crunchy rye.
