This Saturday we’re heading south and teaming up with our friends at for a signature DJ & Live Cooking Session around one of Spain’s most iconic dishes: Paella 🇪🇸
Originally from the region of Valencia, paella began as a humble meal cooked over an open fire and shared among family and friends. Over the years it became one of Spain’s most celebrated dishes — less about fine dining and more about gathering people around the pan.
For the occasion, Paella Cosmica will be serving their special “Cosmic Ink”:
🦑 Cuttlefish, 🍤 Prawns, ✨ Saffron, 🧄 Garlic, 🧅 Onion, 🫑 Pepper, 🌑 Squid ink
Paella Cosmica, during a 3-hour slot, will create an open “DJ + live cooking” scene where everything happens at the same time: the energy just shifts between cooking, serving, and DJing. Expect a continuous flow where cooking becomes part of the soundtrack and the soundtrack becomes part of the meal, all blended into one.
We see it as more than just an event — it’s a full scene where music, food, and people are all connected ♥️📻
