Together with .bkk, chef who has been Working at restaurant Gaa and intern at Noma, will present thai food from the eastern and central part of Thailand.

Starters:

Pork Crakling with Spicy fermented fish dip, garnished with grilled mushrooms

Small mud crab served with minced pork in coconut and Thai herbs. small bowl of local vegetables are added

Main:

Slowed cook beef in mae’s chili paste served with steamed rice

Dessert:

Streetfood style seasonal fruits mixed with shrimp paste, chili, sugar and salt.

Coffee:

Thai coffee for the espressobar.

Price: For 325,- you will get an inventive, vegetable driven menu prepared by chef Matthew Parker, Odden resident, co-owner of Kiosken på Odden and previous chef of Birkemosegaard Køkken.

The food will be dishes prepared with mainly seasonal produce from Sjællands Odde; cultivated and wild, both from Birkemosegaard and picked from the local surroundings.
Matthew will be bringing a curated selection of quality low intervention wines & ciders from his Kiosk - by mainly organic & biodynamic makers - that we will offer by the glass & bottle at suitable prices.

All tableware will be handpicked from - inspired by the ocean, earth and forest.
