Full Circle Moment: From Jalisco Distillery to Copenhagen Kitchen! 🤯

Exactly three years ago, November 2022, my friends and I were in Jalisco. Thanks to Señor , we had the immense privilege of meeting the legendary of Tequila Arette, who gave us a memorable tour and a passionate masterclass right at the distillery.

It’s wild to think that 3 years later I would be making mole tacos with rice for masterclass at the in Copenhagen.

Sharing my food alongside Arette—Jalisco’s best—was a dream. What a phenomenal class, Thank you, Alejandro, for sharing the legacy!

And thanks to from bringing this legends to CPH and making this full circle!

The name was lost in time but the food culture remained with me. This weekend me and .cph are putting things together no one imagined. Some say they shouldn’t but great food don’t follow rules and one thing is for sure, these tacos will blow your taste buds!

The Dead definetly woke up and came to party!

What a turn up this was. Amazing people came up to this Dia de Mu***os party to dance, eat, sing and drink! Special thanks to my cousin Octavio that chipped in and helped me keep those tortillas coming in hot 🔥.

A couple of weeks ago was in town with a very hygge workshop led by Ivan Saldaña at where he talked about the creative process behind some of the best agave spirits out there. It is amazing to get to know all the details and hardwork behind the brands you love... While enjoying some tacos of course 🌮🔥

The Dead are visiting and they wanna have fun! So let’s raise a glass (pr a taco) to our departed ones this Saturday, Nov.2. Join us for a soulful Día de los Mu***os celebration 🌮💀🍹El Nene got the tacos and got the cocktails and together we got the spooky good vibes.
