Weingut Fusser, a family owned biodynamic winery in the German region of Pfalz.

Dry Riesling with well balanced acid structure that bursts with vibrant fresh apple and mandarin flavours; finishing crisp, zingy and mineral.

Excellent with our Boquerones en vinagre & Salmon Kinilaw/Ceviché!

Riesling also works well as a counterbalance to rich, salty meats and meat treatments — ham, sausage, charcuterie, and the like.

Cold Hawaii a Pilsner/Lager beer from Thisted Bryghus, with beautiful amber color which is brewed with extract of real amber collected on the Cold Hawaii coast in Thy.

Twisted Thistle IPA from Belhaven Brewery is fresh IPA rooting from Scotland. This india pale ale is a refreshing ale with citrussy and fruity aftertaste, as a result of its Cascade and Challenger hops mixture.

Alive Organic IPA, A Round and aromatic flavor brought by American hops, resulting to the well balanced bitterness and fruity aroma of this summerry festival atmospheric IPA.
