Dear friends of La Tigella,
as many of you know, the last months have been incredibly exciting for us. We managed to create a completely new atmosphere in Copenhagen bringing some of the best delicacies of Modena, and, above all, we have brought with us a lot of Italian passion and spirit. Our little restaurant in Fiolstraede has become a reference point for all those looking for a good glass of wine, for all those Italians that need to feel a bit at home, and for all those willing to try the food and atmosphere of one of the most exciting cities in Italy.
While, on one side, we are proud of the results of our project, at the same time, we are also exhausted because of all the challenges that we had to face in the last months. Unfortunately, we must say that all these challenges, in the last days, have become too tough to fight, and, even if we tried as hard as possible, the only option that we currently have is to close our beloved place, with the hope to start again in the future in a more “friendly” part of the city.
We are sorry to say that tomorrow we will not open again as every Monday. Nonetheless, we hope to stay in touch with all the people that helped us in creating La Tigella, and hope to see you soon in Copenhagen!
