Vesi Päästab (EE)
on Tallinnas baseeruv instrumentaalset rockmuusikat viljelev kunstiline grupeering. Jõuline gruuvist pakatav progressiivne indiebänd ühendab erinevaid mõjutusi jazzist, reggae’st, post-pungist ja paljudest muudest stiilidest, mis kõnetavad bändiliikmeid. Selle ansambli musikaalset helipilti iseloomustavad põimuvad kitarripartiid ja järeleandmatu rütmisektsioon. Instrumentaalne lähenemine annab kuulajale võimaluse keskenduda pillimängule ja muusikale oma tõlgenduse loomisele.

Vesi Päästab andis 2022. aastal iseseisvalt välja oma debüütalbumi “JOOKS”. 10 aasta jooksul on nad esinenud mitmetes Eesti lokaalides ja kodumaistel festivalidel, sealhulgas Mägede Hääl ja Tallinn Music Week.

Vesi Päästab on kummardus muusikale, kus erinevate taustadega bändiliikmed loovad oma muusikalistel isiksustel põhineva ühendstiili. Lähenetakse individualistlikult ja hetkes tekkinud ideedele puhutakse elu sisse kõikide liikmete visiooni, muusikalist identiteeti ning ampluaad arvesse võttes.Tugevamad omadused peituvad võimes tabada erinevaid emotsioone ja luua kompositsioonilisi narratiive, mis kõnetavad nii muusikasõpru kui ka kunsti- ja kultuuriaustajaid üldisemalt. Vaatamata näiliselt tahaplaanile jäänud või unustusse vajunud rockmuusika formaatide esindamisele, on ansambel kogunud mõjutusi äärmiselt laialt spektrilt. Liikmete ühiste lemmikute sekka võib nimetada Deftones, black midi, Drab Majesty, Aphex Twin, The Police, Tears for Fears, The Soft Moon jpt.

Bändi uus album “Veel” ilmus aprillis 2025 ning albumi läbivaks taotluseks on olnud üritada säilitada lives mängitud muusika toores energia. Muusika suund on eelmise plaadiga võrreldes eksperimentaalsem. Fookus on uuenduslikel tämbritel, saundidel ja erinevate žanriliste kontekstide segamisel.

I started my journey with breaking in 2006, and I’ve been immersed in hip-hop and funk since childhood. In 2014, when I bought my first vinyl record, I realized I not only wanted to collect vinyl but also play it. That’s when I got my first turntables and started learning to scratch and beat-juggle. My musical taste is diverse—I love playing hip-hop, funk, trip-hop, R&B, electro-funk, disco, boogie, and everything with a true groove.

DJ Koldun
is a veteran DJ, promoter, and cultural organizer with over 25 years of experience across Europe. Starting in the mid-’90s as an MC and hip-hop artist, he quickly evolved into an international DJ, performing in Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Russia, and later the Netherlands.

Expect an eclectic selection of jungle, drum & bass, reggae, dancehall, funk, hip-hop, and bass music from a true underground pioneer.

“Since their formation in the latter half of 2023, Berlin’s Industry have quickly emerged into the foreground as one of the more exciting groups of the European DIY punk scene. Having released their 2024 debut LP, touring and playing festivals all over the continent, they are now back with a follow up record that’s every bit as bruising and bleak as the first.
Much has been made of how ‘on point’ Industry sound - a mid-paced cocktail of heavy toms and churning riffs recalling ‘No Sanctuary’ era Amebix or classic Killing Joke. But Industry use these sounds as a springboard rather than a template, utilising the form for genuine expression where others are tempted by retro cosplay. Their sound is pared back, pulsing, relentless but danceable. But it’s the words that result in a listen that’s engaging from start to finish, an album that’s both expressive and polemic. Just as people often describe Discharge’s lyrics as Haiku, Industry uses the band’s repetitive grooves as a wide-open canvas on which their exasperated observations are given space to land with precision. The litany of criticisms are familiar to us all - violence exacted on the poor and vulnerable by those in power, the ongoing industrialised slaughter of humans and animals, the disastrous consequences of colonialism, the list goes on… The world in 2025 is fu**ed, and even though they say they ‘can’t even look’, this band has got their eyes wide open.”

Sydney-born and now Melbourne- based, Jarred Beeler burst onto the scene with his 2018 debut EP on Air Max ‘97’s DECISIONS label, blending Lebanese rhythms and melodies with precision electronic production.

Co-founder of the SUMAC label alongside LOGIC1000, Cassius Select, and Utility, Plead’s distinctive sound—marked by intricate drums and Eastern scales—has gained international attention with releases on Nervous Horizon, AD93, and Livity Sound. His 2020 LP, Relentless Trills (Boomkat’s Documenting Sound), showcased his evolving style beyond club confines, deepening his signature fusion of tradition and innovation.

His dynamic DJ sets weave exclusives with diverse sounds—techno, house, broken beat, and dub—making appearances at festivals like Dekmantel and Meakusma and clubs including Fabric and Space Miami. His piquant style balances finesse with power, keeping dancefloors engaged.

Most recently, DJ Plead teamed up with Rroxymore for the Round City EP on Smalltown Supersound, continuing to push his sound into new territory.
