Many of you may not know…
Back home in Europe I was a restaurant owner for 20 years.

Together with my children’s father we created a brand —
Dereku Burger.
I was the chef behind it, the hands, the taste, the heart.

TV shows, broadcasts, festivals…
a burger that traveled far and became famous.

This weekend, in my little food trailer,
I bring that story back to life.
