Happy Halloween 👻
عربي 👇🏼

Ingredients:
• 200 g room-temperature butter
• 100 g powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 65 g egg white
• 300 g flour
• A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1️⃣ Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and creamy.
2️⃣ Add egg white gradually and mix for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Combine flour and salt, then mix until a smooth dough forms.
4️⃣ Pipe the dough onto a baking tray lined with a silicone mat.
5️⃣ Freeze for 1 hour.
6️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (electric) or 170°C (gas) for 12–15 mins.
7️⃣ Once cooled, decorate with melted white chocolate 🤍

✨ Soft, buttery, and melts in your mouth

بسكويت الزبدة الهشّ

المكونات:
٢٠٠غ زبدة بحرارة الغرفة
١٠٠غ سكر بودرة
نصف ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا
٦٥غ بياض بيض
٣٠٠غ دقيق
رشة ملح

الطريقة:
١/ نخلط الزبدة مع السكر والفانيليا جيدًا حتى تصبح كريمية.
٢/ نضيف بياض البيض تدريجيًا ونخفق دقيقة واحدة.
٣/ نخلط الدقيق مع الملح ونضيفه إلى المزيج حتى تتكوّن عجينة ناعمة.
٤/ نضع العجينة في كيس بدون قمع ونشكّلها في صينية مبطنة بمفرش سليكون أو ورق زبده حراري.
٥/ نضعها في الفريزر لمدة ساعة.
٦/ نخبزها في فرن مُسخَّن مسبقًا على حرارة 160 فرن كهربائي أو 170 فرن غازي لمدة 12-15 دقيقة.
٧/ بعد أن تبرد، نزينها بالشوكولاتة البيضاء الذائبة 🤍

✨ ناعمة، لذيذة، تذوب في الفم!
