The ocean surrounds us for a reason.

Our Traditional White Fish Ceviche with Cassava begins with the finest catch, carefully selected, cleaned with precision, and marinated in a vibrant leche de tigre infused with lime, fresh cilantro, choclo and roasted sweet potato. There's a Canarian word that only makes sense on the ground: medianía.
