So from Monday 13th July, we’re moving to summer hours — mornings will be closed, but evenings are now extended for the season, giving you more time to enjoy a relaxed evening meal at Gibson’s . We’ll be here for you from 4pm til midnight 🌙, with food served 5pm–10pm 🍽️.

After your day in the sun, join us for a relaxed evening — the perfect way to end the day and unwind with terrace cocktails 🍹, cold drinks 🧊, and dinner 🍴.

If your plans change, please send us a quick message. We often turn tables away based on bookings, and when someone doesn’t show it leaves us with empty seats we could have filled.
