There’s something special about the slow afternoons at Castell Son Claret. The scent of wild herbs in the air, the warm light over the Tramuntana mountains and a glass meant to be enjoyed without hurry.

Cor de Castell is our Mediterranean vermouth, created together with and inspired by the landscape of the estate itself. All the herbs and botanicals come directly from our own gardens, bringing the aromas and essence of Mallorca into every glass.

Created by Roberto Muscaridola, our Bar Manager, Cor de Castell blends rosemary, thyme, santolina, orange and carob into a fresh, herbal and elegant vermouth designed to be enjoyed slowly.

En Castell Son Claret hay tardes que invitan a bajar el ritmo. El aroma de las hierbas silvestres, la luz cálida sobre la Tramuntana y una copa pensada para disfrutarse sin prisas.

Cor de Castell es nuestro vermouth mediterráneo, creado junto a e inspirado en el paisaje de la finca. Todas las hierbas y botánicos proceden directamente de nuestros jardines, llevando los aromas y la esencia de Mallorca a cada copa.
