Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. ❤️
Today we officially hand over our beloved café bar to its new owner, Manu.
We want to wish Manu every success, happiness, and all the very best as he starts this exciting new chapter. We hope this place brings you as much joy, laughter, and wonderful memories as it has brought us.
To all of our amazing customers, friends, and supporters—thank you. Your loyalty, kindness, and friendships have meant the world to us, and you’ve made this café bar so much more than just a business.
And as everyone knows, it’s always been the boss’s daughter behind the social media, so I’d just like to say a few words to my dad…
Dad, I honestly couldn’t be prouder of you. Watching how hard you’ve worked, the sacrifices you’ve made, and the heart you’ve poured into this place has been incredible. You’ve built more than just a café bar—you’ve created a place where people have laughed, celebrated and made memories.
Your dedication, kindness, and determination have inspired me every day, and I hope you know just how much everyone admires and appreciates everything you’ve done.
While it’s emotional to see this chapter come to an end, I know this isn’t goodbye to the memories you’ve created here. They’ll stay with all of us forever.
Thank you for everything you’ve taught me, and thank you for showing me what hard work and resilience. I love you, and I’m so proud to call you my dad.

Hoy entregamos oficialmente nuestro querido café-bar a su nuevo dueño, Manu.
Queremos desearle a Manu todo el éxito, la felicidad y lo mejor en esta nueva y emocionante etapa. Esperamos que este lugar le brinde tanta alegría, risas y recuerdos maravillosos como nos los ha brindado a nosotros.
A todos nuestros increíbles clientes, amigos y seguidores: gracias. Su lealtad, amabilidad y amistad han significado muchísimo para nosotros y han hecho de este café-bar mucho más que un simple negocio.
Y como todos saben, siempre ha sido la hija del jefe quien se encarga de las redes sociales, así que me gustaría dedicarle unas palabras a mi papá… Papá, sinceramente, no podría estar más orgullosa de ti. Ver lo mucho que te has esforzado, los sacrificios que has hecho y el corazón que le has puesto a este lugar ha sido increíble. Has construido mucho más que un café-bar: has creado un lugar donde la gente ha reído, celebrado y creado recuerdos. Tu dedicación, bondad y determinación me han inspirado cada día, y espero que sepas cuánto te admiramos y apreciamos por todo lo que has hecho.
Aunque es emotivo ver que este capítulo llega a su fin, sé que esto no significa un adiós a los recuerdos que creaste aquí. Permanecerán con todos nosotros para siempre.
Gracias por todo lo que me enseñaste y por mostrarme el valor del trabajo duro y la perseverancia. Te quiero y estoy muy orgulloso de llamarte mi papá.
