Hi, I’m Einstein Ramones, a 34-year-old Filipino entrepreneur and coffee lover based in Madrid, Spain.
Sagáda Coffee is a true gem of the Philippines—cultivated in the cool, high-altitude regions of the Mountain Province, where Arabica beans thrive. Known for its rich, bold flavors, Sagáda Coffee carries with it the stories, traditions, and warmth of the people who grow it.
My Story
My love for Sagáda Coffee began during my college years in Baguio City. Amid the chilly mountain air and the hustling student from day-to-day, I discovered the rich, bold flavors of coffee grown in the nearby Mountain Province.
That first sip of Sagáda Coffee is not just about the rich, bold flavor that captivated me. It was the realization that each cup carried the hard work, dedication, and dreams of the farmers who grew it.
One Cup at a Time by Supporting Local Farmers
For generations, the farmers of Sagáda have been cultivating some of the finest Arabica beans in the Philippines. Despite their craft and dedication, many of them struggle to earn fair wages due to middlemen and limited access to global markets.

More Than Coffee: A Space for Connection & Kindness
At Café Sagáda – Community Café, our vision goes beyond serving great coffee. We’re creating a welcoming space where people can connect, share stories, and give back. Inspired by the “suspended coffee” tradition, we offer customers the chance to pay forward a cup of coffee or a meal for someone in need—fostering generosity, compassion, and community spirit.
Our Goal & First Steps
To make this dream a reality, we need your support to bring Café Sagáda to life.
The moment we reach half of our target funds, my first step will be to travel back to the Philippines and reconnect with the local farmers I met during my college days. I want to personally visit their farms, listen to their stories, and establish direct trade partnerships—ensuring that they get fair prices and sustainable support from our café.
But our mission doesn’t stop in Madrid. We want to bring Philippine coffee to the world—to share not just the flavors but the culture and resilience behind every cup.
