This is En Bruto: an artisan bakery, coffee roastery, fermentation lab, kombucha brewery, classroom, meeting point, party host, and many things in between.
We bake with organic flours and sourdough, roast and pack specialty coffee by hand, create fermented foods and drinks, and make Brutt — our artisan kombucha brewed in Madrid.
But En Bruto is more than what we do — it’s a place where things happen.
