Greek week at Lidl doesn't happen often in rural Andalucía — but when it does, you stock up. Four packs of halloumi, a block of feta, some stuffed peppers, and a plan. This is what happened next: pan-fried halloumi with mint, goat's cheese ravioli in a spicy tomato sauce, and chargrilled asparagus.
