☀️ A Little Summer Reminder ☀️
Summer in Cabo Roig, as I’m sure a lot of the staff on the strip will agree, is a crazy busy and hectic time of year😅Our team is working incredibly hard to look after everyone who walks through our doors. Every day, our staff serve lots of customers in the summer heat, often without a chance to stop, and they do it with a smile🤗
All of our food is cooked fresh to order using quality ingredients. We take pride in creating a dining experience for our guests, we’re not a fast food restaurant. Great food takes time, and we truly appreciate your patience while our team prepares every meal with care.💚
Our team work long hours in extreme heat to give every guest the best experience possible, and they deserve to be treated with the same kindness and respect that every customer expects in return.
Please be patient. Please be kind. A smile, a “thank you,” or a little understanding can make all the difference to someone working a long, hot shift. Working in the heat is not easy, so just be mindful when interacting with any hospitality staff in any of the bars and restaurants this time of year🥺
During the busy summer season, we are now taking limited bookings and keeping plenty of tables available for walk-ins. This is due to late bookings or no shows, which unfortunately become much more common at this time of year. We understand a lot of times it’s out of people’s control, taxi’s can be a nightmare to get and traffic can be mental. But unfortunately we feel the brunt of it when this happens. This helps us make sure we can welcome as many people as possible.
