Además las suites están equipadas con aire acondicionado, teléfono con línea directa, secador de pelo, televisión por satélite, camas amplias, caja fuerte y nevera. El hotel dispone de cuatro habitaciones adaptadas para usuarios de sillas de ruedas. Puede refrescarse en las dos (2) piscinas para adultos (1 climatizada en invierno) y una (1) para niños rodeadas de grandes zonas ajardinadas y solárium. En el Snack Bar junto a la piscina podrá degustar una amplia variedad de snacks y opciones a la carta y disfrutar de agradables vistas al mar. El restaurante Amaltea cuenta con un buffet con cocina en vivo y cenas temáticas con una agradable terraza con vistas al Valle de la Orotava. El Vulcano Show Bar le ofrece una gran variedad en bebidas y cócteles internacionales y un programa nocturno con espectáculos y música en vivo. Durante el día le invitamos a participar en las actividades de animación tanto para adultos como para niños (Mini Club para niños de 4 a 12 años) y utilizar la pista deportiva multiuso. A sólo 200 metros puede jugar al tenis y paddel en un club privado. El hotel ofrece también un transporte gratuito varias veces al día al centro de la ciudad del Puerto de la Cruz. El hotel dispone de un amplio aparcamiento gratuito. En el hotel el acceso al Wifi es gratis. El hotel fue totalmente reformado en el 2005.
