Restaurante de pintxos de autor. Amantes de nuestra querida isla, trabajamos con productos frescos y locales, todo KM0. Los elaboramos en forma de pincho (Pequeña elaboración de comida,“micro-gastronomía”, elaborada al momento, que a veces se atraviesa con un palillo), de ahí sale nuestro nombre; Ca’n (Casa de, en Mallorquín), Pintxo (Pincho en su grafía en Euskera). tros los hacemos utilizando el producto balear, de ahí que nuestras creaciones sean únicas. Somos un restaurante llevado por jóvenes profesionales. Tenemos una línea de cátering y show cooking de muy alta calidad. Así como una sección de Coctelería clásica y hacemos nuestra propia cerveza artesanal, "Lluna". Ofrecemos calidad en nuestros productos y esfuerzo en nuestro trabajo.

Llámalo atún, pero esto fue una experiencia entera.
Un recorrido por cada parte del atún convertido en arte: tartar, carpaccio, ceviche, tiradito y tacos… hasta cerrar con chocolate y algarroba.

Texturas, técnica y producto brutal en cada pase.
Y sí, el maridaje estuvo a la altura.

Call it tuna, but this was a whole experience.
A journey through every cut of the fish turned into art: tartare, carpaccio, ceviche, tiradito, and tacos… finished with chocolate and carob textures.

Insane technique, incredible flavors, and attention to detail in every course.
And yes, the wine pairing absolutely delivered
