Final day at Seafood Processing Global and we can only say one thing: it has been a complete success.

Three very intense days, with a high number of visitors, great meetings and strong interest in our can seamers. The response to our machines, especially the VIKING MAX, has exceeded all expectations.

The most surprising part: we have closed machine sales directly at the exhibition. Something quite unusual in our industry, where projects normally take time, analysis and validation. This clearly shows the level of trust in our machines and our technology.

We would like to sincerely thank all our customers, partners and friends who visited our stand. It has been a real pleasure to welcome you, exchange ideas and keep building together.

And this does not stop here. We are already working to come back next year with at least two new machines that will continue pushing the limits of can seaming.

Great start at Seafood Processing Global!

The first day of the exhibition has been a real success.

Almost 6 tons. In the air.

That’s how our VIKING MAX arrives at Seafood Processing Global in Barcelona.

This year, we are participating with three can seamers, including for the first time at a trade show our VIKING MAX — our largest and heaviest seamer for irregular cans.

The VIKING MAX is a high-capacity machine designed for seaming 1/4 Club, Dingley, Hansa and oval cans.

The unit on display is equipped with 1 lb oval tooling and is capable of seaming up to 300 cans per minute.

After the exhibition, it will be delivered to its customer in South America.

JK Somme at Seafood Expo Barcelona 2025

What a great few days!

We had an amazing time at the Seafood Expo in Barcelona, one of the key events for the fish industry.

It was a pleasure to connect with so many people, share ideas, and talk about the future of canning technology.

We brought along two of our automatic can seamers, and the feedback was fantastic, especially on our new SAGA 8M with tangential infeed. This model avoids liquid spillage and keeps the line running smoothly at speeds of up to 500 cans per minute. A real hit among high-speed tuna canners!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand. We’re excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in food canning.
