Apologies for our late post on our main dish this week, but it's been manic trying to get a good shot in before it's gone 🫪

Coucou! Picnic people! ✊😘

Another week, another delicious trip around the world...This week we are taking you to Vietnam.. 🇻🇳🌍

A "Bo bun" style extravaganza with our homemade spring rolls ("nems"), glass noodle and vegetable zingy salad full of flavour, beansprouts, fresh Thai basil, coriander, mint, red chilli and dusted with crushed peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime 🎊🫶🥇

I can confirm it's up there with the best dishes we've done... Bursting with flavour, texture, nutrition, made with love and as tasty as it is gorgeous 😍

Usually we do the weekly video first but we managed to get a sneaky photo in before things got mental today! Will post the rest of our smorgasbord of Picnic treats later today 🎯😅

Hola Picnic amigos! 🌮🇲🇽

Our Mexican main delish dish this week is featuring three gorgeous tacos : 2 pulled chipotle "chicken" tacos & a halloumi, sweetcorn & jalapeno beauty 🫶😋 If vegan, we got you and will adapt of course! 🙏🫶

Both bangers are topped with our creamy fresh citrus guacamole, slightly spicy pineapple salsa, lime pickled onions, fermented cashew cream, coriander & lime wedges, extra chilli optional, and all served on soft warm corn (gluten free) tortilla. 🫣

Aye caramba! As always, fully loaded with flavour and freshness, it's as tasty as it looks, bursting with flavour and mexican vavavoom! Healthy, nutritious and delicious 🥳🇲🇽

Hey Picnic peeps 😘

Quick pic of our main dish this week! Maybe not the best pic but we had to get one done quickly before it all went 😉

This beautiful plate is a delicious Korean hybrid of kimchi fried rice, gochugang "beef", smashed cucumber salad, fried egg (local,free range of course) and a crispy nori & rice paper crunch 😀

A fully loaded gorgeous meal packed with flavour, textures, sweet, salty, umami, fresh and so so moreish, clean and satisfying ✊ Just lovely 🤩

Vegan option also available 😃

Hey Picnic people 😘

Just a little post to show you our main dish this week, before it's too late 🫣

We've made a local veggie slow cooked ratatouille open lasagne extravaganza with fresh, hand cut, egg pasta, topped with creamy burrata, basil oil, parmesan & a pine nut, chilli & garlic crumb...yummmm 🤯😋 Vegetarian this week, next week we will be doing a vegan dish.. a Mexican Korean fusion 🤯🤩 Watch this space!

Just to let you know in case you're a new follower or not been yet, but all our dishes , including the main dish are available to take-away, we have cutlery and all you need for an epic beach picnic. The time is now for a perfect spot on the beach or anywhere before the crowds arrive and it gets mega hot lol 🧺 🫶💝

Bonjour dearest Picnic people!!! 🤩🥰😘🎊 It's maybe a bit too late now to say "Happy new year" but we hope you've all had a fantastic and positive start to the year! 🤗💝

So sorry for our long silence on insta for a while! We've missed you all and just had a much needed break, to refuel, do all the fun festive family stuff and most importantly, get creative with our menu planning for this new year 😋🤩🫠

We started back last week with a brand new menu and it has been wonderful to see all the Picnic peeps, we were just a bit too hectic with all the chats to do a vid so finally getting back on the case!! 😉

We will post the full vid tomorrow 🫵 but just a quick pic of our main dish this week:

A 12h fermented crêpe made from whole brown rice, quinoa & spinach. Lathered with our black garlic fermented cashew cream, sauteed mushrooms (4 types), thyme, shallots & swiss chard. Topped with fresh herbs and served alongside a gorgeous leafy Japanese salad with toasted hazelnuts and balsamic glaze .. it may sound a bit bonkers, but trust us, it's delicious! 😋🙆💪

We've also got a new "borscht" soup inspired by our trip to Poland, beetroot-tastic and we've done a homage to our favorite one, loaded with fresh veg, sour cream and fresh dill... perfection!🙂‍↕️

I won't go on as long posts are boring, but again, sorry for not being in touch sooner! This year at Picnic is going to be crazy delicious, creative, healthy for body and soul, mega tasty and fun! We're going to have a wonderful year together 🥰

Will check in again tomorrow with a better idea of the full spread for this week, with our Picnic vid! 🤗

We were so touched today, almost to the point of tears, of how beautiful your feedback has been. This creative cuisine journey has been incredible and we adore you all! Super special magical moments ❤️✨🙏

We received presents, cards and words that brought us to tears, honestly! We love you all and can't wait to have an amazing crazy delicious, fun and fabulous 2026 together!

Until then, wishing you all a very merry Christmas, a very happy new year and can't wait to see you all next year!!

Seasons greetings dear Picnic people! 🎅☃️🎄✨

Well, wow it's been a beautiful and mega tasty 2025 here at Picnic and we are rounding off our last day of the year tomorrow with this Vegetarian Christmas extravaganza 😜:

A veggie stuffing / 'meatloaf' aka 'nutloaf' beauty featuring tons of mushrooms, walnuts, farro, cranberries, sage, cheddar cheese, herby breadcrumbs, touch of spice and all things nice, served with a smooth yet slightly tangy port and porcini gravy, potato, fennel and tallegio gratin, honey roast parsnips, carrots and brussel spouts and a side of sweet and sour red cabbage.. Whoa, it's a Christmas present for the taste buds, body and soul! It's a present to yourself, as they say 😏😋

Our festive soup, for tomorrow only (as we will be away until the 7th January) is... a creamy delicious celeriac and apple soupy delight with vegan bacon, crispy sage and toasted Hazelnuts 🫠🤪 seriously yum ! Smooth, creamy, packed with flavor and a gorgeous crunch...

We will also have all our Picnic favorites including the BLAT sandwich, Halloumi pitas, mushroom toasties, quesadillas, plus our Nordic melt toastie with lashings of tallegio cheese, carmelised onions, vegan bacon, mozzarella and a new dark chocolate and mandarin cheesecake 😍🎉👌✨

Even if the weather is gloomy (like today), don't worry, we will be there doing the max to feed all you festive foodies before 4pm. Fun festive times await you here 😉✨😚
