Bighorn Bistro is a family business owned and operated by Susan, her two children, Hannah and Morgan, and son in law, Rhys. The idea for the restaurant was born out of a mutual love of food and the lifestyle that only Chamonix can offer. Susan,

Hannah and Morgan lived outside Paris for many years and visited Chamonix often for the winter sports as well as the summer. Our goal is to provide sustenance for the mountaineers and skiers in the morning hours for a classic american sunday brunch, craft beer & artisinal cocktails & a versatile dinner menu featuring new age american cuisine, tex mex & southern, creole inspired food. Bighorn Bistro is located in the heart of Chamonix Sud, It is our objective to contribute to the development of Chamonix Sud and help transform the microcosm into a diverse, international and exciting place to go!
