We are excited and proud to introduce you BOMBA!

BOMBA is a series of beers infused with locally foraged flowers and fruits, brought to you by the teams of Septime and Deck & Donohue. The project aims at capturing the essence of what’s in season, in a relaxed and casual format.
Our first release is a wheat beer delicately infused with elderflower and acacia flowers foraged by the Septime team around Paris. The flowers were infused for 48 hours in a base of organic wheat beer brewed by Deck & Donohue, 15km away from Septime.
The 549 bottles produced will be available exclusively at the Septime family establishments for the coming weeks.
Come and have a beer!

So happy to have been part of the amazing festival again this year with the best team ever! We talked about Justice, ecology, cooking French fries among other things... It was incredible to celebrate sustainability, music, and great food with all of you !

Artichokes, spring garlic butter, sunflower seed praline, and preserved Meyer lemon.

Morels velouté, St. George mousseron, little gem, spring onion, and lardo.

Dashi-poached spring kohlrabi, oyster and grilled kombu beurre blanc, smoked trout roe, and seaside-foraged herbs.

White asparagus, soft silken almond tofu, fermented asparagus juice, camelina oil, elderflower, and acacia.
