From 2013-2021, Nick's Pizza was an authentic New York slice pizzeria, offering take-out, eat-in and delivery. This is REAL New York pizza, and as cheap as life in Paris allows. Slice of cheese for €3.5, topped slices for €4.5, bottomless fountain drinks until closing time for €1, and garlic knots 2 for €1. I spent 23 years living in Paris, waiting for someone else to open the NY pizzeria that this otherwise magnificent city needed so badly, and finally decided I would have to do it myself. Apparently I've got it right, as everyone loves it and comes back. My gift to Paris for the 25 wonderful years the city has offered me. It was incredible food at a great value, in a TINY, friendly shop. With incredibly nice customers (well, most of you!!), and a lot of nice employees over the years. It was worth the trip to the fantastic Grands Boulevards neighborhood. I'm glad I did it, time to move on to other things, I wish all of you serenity, health, joy, and fulfillment.
