Carbón CARBÓN is an ode to nature, a place where the most ancestral cooking technique in the world, fire, encounters the products of nature in their extreme nudity.

The kitchen of our head chef David Kjellstenius will be open as from July 20th. In the basement, our cocktail bar LA MINA, with unique creations by Sebastian Gans and Thomas Girard will open early September.
