Do you know how difficult it is to post a review of a place you have been to and enjoyed? Not even slightly difficult and you should do it all the time.

Small independent businesses are the lifeblood of our future, of our economy and of our communities - without support they wither and die and then everyone says ‘oh it’s so sad, I used to love that place and now I can’t go anymore’… mmmmm did you ever like their posts? Did you write a review? Did you share their story? If you can’t afford to physically attend a venue, business or event, you can still help massively by pressing all the little buttons under their post! This might be a business you feel strongly about, it might be a friend who’s started a new project, it could just be your second cousin twice removed who just needs some support!

It isn’t difficult, we all spend a certain amount of time a day on our phones - why not make that time matter to so done else out there? 🥰

This isn’t just a post for us but to ask you to support everyone you love in your life :) also if you have been here in any capacity and have literally two spare minutes, a google review would be grand 💕💕

The answer to the question literally nobody asked: we only use sustainable bamboo toilet paper (and tissues!) 💃

After trialling many different brands and styles, we found our favourite in Leaves of Dawn - soft, safe for our septic tank, good for the environment and very cute packaging!

Little changes to your daily habits can make all the difference - you may think ‘just me can’t make a difference’ but there’s a lot of ‘just me’s’ out there and if we work together to do good, it might just work 💕

It’s been years of dreaming, years of hard work, years of honing our craft and our hospitality. But everything has lead to where we are now 🥰

It brings me such joy to see the space come alive, to be used for its purpose. A safe place for healing and calm!

It seemed like a mad far away idea just three years ago but here we are, living our dream 🥰

Our next vegan cooking retreat here is in October! Get in touch to book 🥰🥰

Hi all! So our next vegan cooking retreat is 29th October to 1st November! 💃💃

It will be a Winter Warmers theme with lots of side dishes using seasonal produce, the ultimate roast dinner (perfect for Christmas), warming drinks (hot chocolate and homemade marshmallows anyone?), sourdough bread, sweet treats and more! You’ll also go home with your own baby sourdough loaf and a pot of very mature starter so you can continue at home! 🥰

Two full days of hands on workshops, 3 nights stay at HeartSpace House , an optional yoga class and optional relaxing sound bath, use of the hot tub, airport pickups and all your food included - flights from Manchester or Stansted are currently very reasonable!!!

€500 per person if sharing a room and €650 for single occupancy.

Deposit is €150 to secure your place

Wednesday we always go to our local little market for our weekly shop so we’re eating locally and seasonally! It’s a lot easier this time of year as there’s such an abundance - winter we just ate squash for three months 😂💕

It was a full house this weekend, so it was also a full barn! We can comfortably fit our maximum of 15 in the yoga space 🥰

Thankfully due to the buildings having 3 foot thick walls, the internal temperature in the barn is a relatively cool 25C compared to the 42C outside 🥵

A delicious, refreshing strawberry mint cream cake for the last bites on this weekends retreat HeartSpace House🤤

One of the best things about being here in France is the quality of the fresh produce - from a chefs point of view there is nothing more important! Fresh mint from the garden and strawberries from the local farmers market 💕
