Sadly Rays brother Robert passed away last week. Robert worked at Rays part time along side Raymond for several years.
The shop will be closed on Monday 5th May

It is with a heavy heart that I am to announce the passing of our brother Robert on the 24/04/2025.

Haven taken retirement last year due to ill health Robert remained strong and resilient until the end.

Robert had been part of the team at Mike's Famous Fish and Chips for a total of 38 years, having grown a reputation for himself as one of the best fryers in the North-East of Scotland in Menzies road, Torry where he spent 33 years.

We owe alot of our success and reputation to Robert and will be forever grateful and proud to what he provided us over the years.

Then on to the Atholl hotel for tea and refreshments.

We would like to welcome all friends, family and colleagues of past and present to join myself and my brothers Raymond and Maurcie in a celebration of Roberts life.

We will be closed on Monday at both shops to allow all to say their heartfelt goodbyes to a truly wonderful person.
