For all those that can remember the weather forecasts on the ‘Fast Show’ I trust that a ‘Sorchio’ sticker needs little explaining!

Unfortunately it’ll be another unbearably hot day and we are unable to cook hot breakfast items due to the sheer heat that is produced by the griddle.

We are offering our usual toasties, tea cakes, baked potatoes and a super range of cold sandwiches and baps.

We hope that you understand and normal menu will be back in place on Saturday when the temperature cools.

Sorry, we almost forgot to let you know about our little ‘Community Library’ located in the facilities foyer.

There’s a great choice of books from some well respected authors covering a multitude of genres.

Whenever visiting please do help yourself to a book, enjoy it with your coffee or sandwich and feel free to take it home.

Then maybe recylcle some of your old books with us next time you visit.

After a few frustrating years, we are very pleased to finally have been able to take on the care and maintenance of the toilet facilities down at Fradley Junction.

This has now enabled us to smarten them up a little and bring them to a standard that is more befitting to customers, staff, boaters and passing visitors.

Thank you for your past patience and understanding and we do hope to see you soon.

We were all extremely shocked to have this rocket afterburner land in the cafe courtyard following the successful NASA launch of Artemis II last week 😂

Until the MIB turn up, we intend to repurpose it to collect empty coffee cups !
