A fantastic morning at our weekly Friendship Matters session! 😊

Today’s activity was a lively game of Catchphrase, and there were plenty of laughs as everyone worked in groups to guess the answers. It’s always wonderful to see the friendly competition, teamwork, and conversations that these activities inspire.

At Friendship Matters, it’s about so much more than the games—it’s about building friendships, reducing loneliness and isolation, and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels connected and valued.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. We can’t wait to see you all again next week! 💙

Friendship Matters was full of smiles today! ☀️💛

Our members enjoyed a gentle exercise session to keep active, followed by a fun summertime craft which will be on display soon!

To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a delicious homemade lunch of cottage pie, followed by a refreshing banana split for dessert! 🍽️🍌🍨

Another wonderful Monday morning filled with friendship, laughter, creativity, and great food. We can’t wait to do it all again next week! 💙

Our Monday Friendship Matters sessions run weekly, supporting seniors and helping to combat loneliness and isolation. 💜

Each week we offer a bespoke programme of activities, including seated exercises, games, quizzes and opportunities to socialise in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Last week we enjoyed a lively game of True or False, and this week everyone got involved in a fun round of Categories! 🎉

It’s always wonderful to see friendships growing, laughter being shared, and everyone encouraging one another.
