I would just like to take a minute to thank our son, Tim, whom many of you will know. Tim has been our waiter for the past 8 years since leaving Oxford University with an English Literature degree.
He has written many poems in this time, some of which you may have read in the coffee shop and on his Poet-tree in the courtyard.
The support and encouragement you have given him has been wonderful.
Joe and I would not have been able to carry on the business so long without him and are so grateful to him, along with all of our fantastic staff, who have so enthusiastically worked so hard together as a team 💜
After much lovely feedback from producing bespoke poems for several weddings and occasions, he is thinking about writing event poetry as a future business endeavour.
