Sunday 2nd November is our last trading day at Zak's Fish Bar, Ballingry.
We opened our doors on 6 March 2015 and have had over 10 wonderful years here serving our local community.
The Ali Family opened their very first chip shop in Cardenden in 1982 and have continuously served local communities in Fife ever since - Cardenden, Lochgelly, Kirkcaldy, Lumphinans, Methil, Kinross, Burntisland and Ballingry to name but a few.
After 43 years, various awards and recommendations, we will no longer be serving fish chips, pizzas, kebabs and burgers within the Kingdom of Fife. We will miss all of our local customers near and far and would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for supporting our family business from as far back as 1982.
Please pop in and see us before we close our doors this Sunday! The shop will be under new management and we hope the local community will show the new occupiers the same love and respect they have shown us over the years.
This isn't really goodbye... we are taking a short break and will be back with a new adventure soon! Watch this space 👀 and in the meantime, catch up with us over the weekend in the Ballingry chippy!
