It’s getting to be a busy time of year, I really wish I didn’t have to write this but hey.
A quick reminder to everyone who visits us:
Our team come to work to provide great service in a welcoming environment.
Today, one of our waiting staff was spoken to in what was described to me as a somewhat intimidating, arrogant and dare I say “entitled” manner. No individual deserves to be made to feel uncomfortable in their workplace.
Be reminded.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, intimidation, or disrespect towards any member of our team. Our staff deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, just as we strive to treat every customer in the same manner.
If you cannot treat our team with basic respect you will be told to leave the premises.
Trust me the last person you want to be spoken to whilst here is myself, I am a little older, wiser and slightly more patient than a few years ago, but one thing is for certain, the well being of my employees is my highest priority and will always be.
To the overwhelming majority of our customers who are kind, patient and respectful – thank you. You are the reason we love what we do.
Please remember that a little respect goes a long way and costs nothing..
