With one of the most iconic views in North Wales, The Pavilion Café is seeking a full-time Café Supervisor to take the lead in our busy, well-loved pier café.
This role is ideally suited to someone who brings maturity, reliability, and strong leadership experience to a customer-focused environment. We’re looking for someone who values professionalism, high standards, and community spirit.
☕ Essential Skills & Experience
• Confident and skilled barista (dialing in, milk texturing, consistent quality)
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ability to lead by example during busy services
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
