🚨⚓ DONAGHADEE RNLI OPEN DAY – NEXT WEEK! ⚓🚨

Join us for a fantastic day out on the harbour as Donaghadee RNLI Open Day returns next week! 💙

There’ll be something for everyone to enjoy:

🛟 Tour the Lifeboat - open 1pm - 4pm
🚤 Visit the lifeboat station and meet some of the crew.
⚓ Learn more about the RNLI and our lifesaving work
🛍️ Browse a variety of stalls around the harbour
🏰 Take the opportunity to visit the iconic Donaghadee Lighthouse, which will be open to the public thanks to Donaghadee Heritage Preservation Company and Sir Samuel Kelly Project.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly activities throughout the day
🛒 RNLI shop open

Whether you’re a long-time supporter or just looking for a great local day out, we’d love to welcome you along.

Every pound raised helps support the volunteers who are on call 24/7, ready to answer the call for help at sea.

We just spotted Sundaes Ice Cream on BBC news site! Brilliant to see a local business as the lead image for this story on the current heatwave. Of all the ice-cream vans in all of Ireland!

🤣 good to see the ducks paying us a visit , seen there owner at sea bangor and he was quacking mad lol

The ducks had some downtime over the bank holiday weekend. Enjoying the weather and basking in some much needed sunshine!

This morning they were up early and made their way to Sundaes Ice Cream HQ for a quacking tub of the best ice cream!

Wonder where they end up today 🤷🏼‍♂️
