Well, we’ve found them. 🤎

Introducing our vegan chocolate chip cookies, packed with rich vegan chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of Norwegian Sea Salt from . Crisp on the outside, soft and gooey in the middle – honestly everything a cookie should be.

One thing running a small business teaches you is that no matter how independent you think you are, there’s usually a dad involved somewhere. 😂

Fixing things, moving things, doing dump runs, solving problems and being called for every minor inconvenience imaginable.

Some of you may already know, but our Lucy is heading off to pastures new! 🥹

She’s following her dreams and taking an amazing opportunity that means moving to London with her partner (and of course, Ted 🐶).

She’s going to be sorely missed. What started as a duo has officially become a solo act 😭

Don’t worry though – nothing changes at G+B. We’ll still be here serving all your favourite treats, coffees and brunches. Lucy has carefully handed over the scone baton, so you’re still in safe hands.

Lucy, thank you for everything. You’ve been an absolute dream to own a business with, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything we’ve built together.

We wish you all the luck in the world for this next chapter ❤️

And if you’re looking for me and I’m not in the café, don’t panic. I’ve probably just popped over to London for some very important flat white-fuelled “market research” and definitely not because I just miss her already.

☕ Full-Time Barista
30 hours per week

☕ Part-Time Barista
16 hours per week

🍳 Part-Time Cook
14–21 hours per week

We’re looking for bubbly, friendly team players who love working in a fast-paced environment.

For our front of house roles, previous barista/customer service experience is essential.

For our kitchen role, we’re looking for someone who can work well under pressure, has a passion for food, and is willing to learn.
