Follow Your Bliss Cafe is a space that provides tasty food that is free from gluten and we can cater ofr most dietary requirements, with the minimal use of processed oils and refined sugar. We strive to create a menu and environment that supports health and sustainability for both our community and the planet. Within that we try and link in and use local food providers, promoting them and using wh

en we can in our prepared food. The ingredients of our staple crepes are gluten free buckwheat flour, organic eggs, organic turmeric and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Some say we were in the wrong place ...it would of worked if you were in Liverpool, Brighton, Manchester or Chester that’s what some would say....but we choose Bangor for nearly 5 years and with that we have had so many memories and amazing souls who came and touched our lives and took part in our crazy experiment. Yes we lost money but we gained so much more the hearts and gratitude of our community and no amount of money can take that from us. All of the amazing FYB staff we have had so much laughter and the odd tears...usually when the bins weren’t cleaned properly.
I take with me lessons in friendship and kindness and a knowing we did a bloody good job. May our adventures always connect us with people who allow us to be more who we are supposed to be and with that allow the world to become a more beautiful place....Thank you ❤️
